About OLD BUKHARA
At OLD BUKHARA, we take both our fresh cooking and our variety of classic Central Asian dishes seriously because we made a choice early on that everything we make reflects who we are. The kitchen stays organized, orders flow through properly, and all items come out the way they should. Being a neighborhood spot that does multiple things well means we can't afford to let any of it slide. As David K. shared, "The kebabs were incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, and the traditional Uzbek plov was spot on. Easily some of the best authentic Central Asian food on Staten Island."
